Raised in Parma Heights, Ken Staiduhar grew up with a passion for Cleveland. As a young boy, he was always interested in law, coming from a long line of police officers in the family. Upon graduating high school, Ken went on to attend undergraduate school at Ohio University. He was recognized as a dean’s list recipient and began to focus on building his communication skills before attending law school.
Due to his strong academic performance, he was awarded a scholarship from Western Michigan University’s Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, earning his J.D. in 2007. He was a dean’s list recipient during his time at law school as well. Ken began to sharpen his skills in trial advocacy and litigation through his coursework and role as a law clerk, where he prepared himself for his legal profession as a trial lawyer.
In 2008, after been admitted to practice law, Attorney Staiduhar founded his own law practice, where he mainly represented criminal defense clients. Following this, he worked as the criminal defense lawyer for several other law firms in Ohio before joining the team at Henderson, Mokhtari & Weatherly in 2015, expanding his practice to personal injury.
Attorney Staiduhar also has a passion for teaching, sharing his legal knowledge with students as an adjunct professor at Brown Mackie College in Akron. He has also been asked to speak at intervention programs for those who have operated vehicles while under the influence of alcohol / drugs, and was even appointed as a member of the Medina County Public Defender’s Commission.
Over the years, Ken has gained extensive experience representing hundreds of clients in a broad range of cases. He continues to stand up for those who are injured, criminally accused, and often drowned out by the legal system.
