
Justin Weatherly knew at a young age that he wanted to be an attorney.
He pursued this life goal throughout his youth, graduating from a nationally
ranked public high school in Ohio. Following high school, Justin attended
the University of Dayton. He focused his studies on classes specifically
designed to equip him for his dream of going to law school. Justin majored
in Political Science and minored in Philosophy, graduating in 2001.
His resilient drive to pursue a legal career providing him the opportunity to serve as a United States Congressional Intern for Speak of the House, John Boehner. He also worked as an intern in Washington D.C. for one of the top five largest firms in the world. These unique experiences made Justin a desirable law school candidate. He was admitted into one of the top law schools in the state—Case Western Reserve School of Law.

After earning his J.D., Attorney Brandon Henderson reached out to Justin about working with him. While Justin started out working for Brandon, the boutique firm continued to grow, earning a reputation for exceptional legal representation. The pair often succeed in complex, extremely publicized cases, further cementing their reputation and reliability. In 2011, the firm was re-established, boasting a partnership between Justin and Brandon.
